
Central Asian Expo (CAEx) is a modern exhibition center designed to host events of various scales and formats. The venue offers a calm and spacious environment while maintaining easy access to nearby parks, hotels, and restaurants.
The complex spans a total area of 23,000 m² and features extensive parking facilities for over 700 vehicles, including 15 VIP spaces, ensuring smooth logistics for all participants and visitors.

New Uzbekistan Park area is a modern landscaped zone in Tashkent, developed as part of the “New Uzbekistan” project. The area includes extensive green parks, pedestrian zones, monuments, as well as nearby exhibition and hotel complexes. It is designed for recreation, tourism, and hosting international events in a modern urban environment.
This venue will be used for the following purposes:
Transportation arrangements will be in place to ensure smooth and timely transfers for all participants, in accordance with the official IOI 2026 schedule
Accommodation for contestants will be provided in a cluster of modern hotels situated in the New Uzbekistan Park area of Tashkent, including Khorezm, Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya, Fergana, and Jizzakh Hotels.
Team Leaders, Deputy Team Leaders, and Guest Adjuncts will be accommodated at the CAU Dormitory, where each room includes a private bathroom and basic toiletries. Guests will be accommodated at Rauza Hotel Tashkent.
Each accommodation facility offers standard services and amenities, including wireless internet access, daily housekeeping, 24-hour reception, and security, ensuring a convenient and comfortable experience for all attendees.
Meals will be provided at the respective accommodation facilities and designated event venues throughout the official IOI 2026 program.
Room allocation will begin at the official check-in time, set at 3:00 p.m. on August 9. Delegations arriving prior to this time will be provided with breakfast and lunch, while room occupancy will only be possible from the stated check-in time.
On August 16, all participants must check out by 10:00 a.m. Lunch and dinner will be arranged for delegations departing later that day. Rooms must be vacated by the specified check-out time without exception.

The General Assembly meetings will take place in a modern, fully equipped conference hall within the New Uzbekistan Park area. The hall features advanced audio-visual systems and interpretation facilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient conduct of all official IOI 2026 sessions. It is located within walking distance from the accommodation area for easy access.
